Looking for something specific? No problem. Ducky Sewing Co. does custom pieces so you can get just exactly what you're looking for!
How it works:
1) Select what size and what option you want for your custom minky blanket. You can do a Mama Bear Size (55" x 55") or Papa Bear (55" x 72") and you can also select whether you'd like to add a detachable foot pocket!
Please note: If you select the Foot Pocket option for the Mama Bear blanket, when the foot pocket is in use, the blanket will be more of a lap blanket. This option is perfect for kiddos and seniors in wheelchairs. The foot pocket helps keep the blanket off the ground, keeps their feet warm and will cover the lap in stylish luxury!
2) Purchase blanket. After hitting purchase, you will be sent an email questionnaire detailing how/where to select the fabric of your dreams.
-www.spoonflower.ca is the site we use for our prints: you will be directed to this site to find the perfect print/pattern. Feel free to check this site out ahead of time. We recommend doing this with a nice glass of wine. It's how we choose our fabrics ;)
-you will also be emailed with a selection of backing options (the options available are also pictured here)
3) Complete email questionnaire and send back with details of your blanket!
4) We work our magic and send you your luxurious creation! Typically it takes 3 weeks to get the fabric in, and no more than a week to have hand sewn.
